WTf should i do, i tried to contact them, btu they wont contact me back, I had originally uploaded it here on my old account, but Then it spread like wildfire all across the net, so what should i do? if you want to know what game it is, ill re-upload it here VERY soon ;)

If you want to actually take action against the people that uploaded your game without consent... make sure that you have the original. and put it on a disk, so that your cant hack your computer and delete it or change anything about it... and then take it to the police, usually police stations send that off to a massive center for copyright prosecution facility and they handle it from there.... if you are found to be on the right side of the law you may sue them for cash....
