Why does ng not have a Tankmen Day? I mean it's one of the most popular pieces of flash on here, created by an ng Admin, why not? Therefor I declare Tankmen Day to be June 30th (the day the original Tankmen was uploaded). So what does ng think?

Dude, basically everyday is Tankmen day, I mean come on, have you seen the NG logo lately?
Well everyday other than other flash days
Plus there are already enough Tankmen flashes out there, but I wouldn't mind a day dedicated to them I suppose, I mean, maybe there would be some good flashes.

That's basically the purpose of Pico Day. I mean a lot of flashes are submitted that day that aren't even about Pico, but about a lot of the other NG mascots.

That's what Pico Day is for. Pico Day is a conglomerate celebration of Pico, Dad n' Me, Tankmen, the Bots, and all of the characters the Newgrounds staff has come up with over the years. There isn't a specific day for each because it would quite honestly be a bit inconvenient to have a Dad Day, Tankman Day, Bot Day, etc.

Generally, these "days" get started up by a group of dedicated flash artists who simply decide to flood the portal one day with a bunch of stuff respect to that particular theme... so technically, there isn't one because YOU haven't done it yet. :)

Because Pico day is the same as "Newgrounds Day" or "Tom Day" but was revolved around Pico at first, more mascots have been made since then. Changing the name would be pointless as that is how history is played out.

Talking about it on the forums probably won't help much.
Although, making several Tankmen oriented flash and getting users to submit it on the day you want Tankmen day to be might help, as well as contacting Tom or something.
All in all, it really is up to you to do it.
