That's just Street Fighter 2, there are numerous iterations in the alpha and III series.

Why did Capcom making a new fighting game addition to a current series actually suprise you? Is Street Fighter IV your first Street Fighter?

Also it adds 8 new characters. That's pretty big in fighting game standards. No these can't come out as DLC because you cant add characters to a fighting game without unbalancing a whole load of stuff.

Well yeah they've done this before and noone complained, If someone hasnt got sf4 but wants it this is perfect. Btw its not a full price game.

We're talking about Street Fighter, not GG.

Street Fighter is a great game but ranking/matching system for online needs some work. Also the difficulty doesn't vary too much until the hardest level.

mostly street fighter 2 alpha
played street fighter third strike <--- GOOD GAME
and of course i play SSF 4
and no i do not mean none of those characters
i mean SETH cause online people spam with him and of course thats gonna get annoying

If you have played the other Street FIghter games, you would've known Street Fighter 4 is nothing.

But without parrying (From street fighter 3) You can be stuck in a spam combo and cant get out of it.

Every single fighter has some spammable move and some dumbasses who will do it. But then there are us who can take them down like if it was the computer on easy.

thats just it no one plays on easy any more are you kidding me most people play on normal which is like the new beginner and on the way after that hard most is a peice of cake and after that expert will be child's play

Old school fighting fans are use to buying these expansions. At least we appreciate the changes and tweeks they do for a expansion.
