Where are all of the audio portal mods?
i've posted my .mp3's on 31.08 and it still was not posted for public.
yes, i've wrote to the staff, moderators and all, and still, no response.
i'm getting kind of pissed off.
any suggestions what shall I do?

Try uploading another song. It'll probably say that you're banned.

I don't see your name on the pending list, which means you might've not been approved.

Could you please explain what material you uploaded, and exactly how you created it? What instruments, what DAW, did you use loops, etc.

One of my first songs used a sample from Blade Runner and i wasn't banned? How about Forever Young, by Cornandbeans? Thats using a copyrighted sample also, but still he's banned?

I think these guidelines that you are banning people with should be eased up a bit, At least in some cases. This guy has probably made everything in the track he submitted from scratch, and just to permanently ban him for using a "Copyrighted monologue" is abysmal. What monologue was it that was used? in most cases, quotes from movies or stories aren't copyrighted anyway.

cornandbeans have no right submitting those songs, and yeah they SHOULD be removed from the site, at least under the current set of rules that apply to the AP now.

when it comes to new audio artists, we only have the option to ban or approve once.

Whoever placed the ban did the right thing.

yes there are a lot of users in the past that used copyrighted songs - but what can you do - we can only focus on the present and discourage users from doing it now that the rules are cemeted in place. They were kinda grey back then.

I wasn't the one who banned him, I just looked him up and that appeared to be the reason for the ban.

No copyrighted material is allowed. You should have read the rules before submitting.
