They are thinking about it, but if he sends troops in, his numbers will go down... more... it could be that if the people want these rulers put down, they will have to re-elect him. Also, they need a good cover-up plan. 70TA can bitch all he wants, but they go in for WMD but come out with the rulers out of power. The US is being the worlds police officer only to ensure that they are the only ones with nukes (for the most part).

Sure, let him kill them. It's none of our damn business. Sooner or later the people would have revolted. We shouldn't impose our beliefs on other countries, no matter how right ours may seem. It's like religons. No matter how hard you try, its damn near impossible to change someone's faith (fun though). And your always going to belive your religon is the "right" religon. And other people the same. Does this make any one party right? No. Everyone one has the freedom to belief what they want. Saddam felt that his way was the best. So he went with that. Let them either deal with their own problems or ask for our help. (Don't you hate it when an uninvited friend barges into a agrument you and someone else are having, and you really don't want their advice? that's what we did.)

I hate you homophobes, gays should have the same rights as anyone else. 50 years from now we're going to look back on all of this and view it them same way we view anti-blacks 50 years ago. That they were wrong and how could they ever have been so bias?
PS: I'll just point out that I'm not gay and have no gay friends or anything [I do know some though] so I'm not bias towards that for any of those reasons.
PPS: I relize that the above statement is, in all likelyhood, not going to convince you that I'm not gay and you're going to call me as such anyways. Suit yourself, I care not.

Who the fuck are you to Judge the President of the United States of America?
Jesus christ. What do you do? Work at wendys and then come here to bitch about stuff? Fuck that.
I cant even imagen how hard it would be to make the kind of decisions he has to make from a day to day basis. Your biggest Decision of your life was Whether or not to say no to drugs.
The biggest Decision of his life was whether or not to take his country to war.
You should throw your computer out the window

How come practically every other president managed to get along with the world? How come practically every other president (excluding Herbert Hoover) managed to improve the economy? How come practically every other president (excluding Isaac Hayes) managed to win a fair election?
The President affects how we are seen by the world, how they react to us, where we can go safely, what we can do. I'm not asking for another Washington, Lincoln, FDR or Kennedy. I'm asking for a decent president who can keep America together and make it liked by the world. If given the chose, I'd have Gore. Sure, he may be dull, but he's smart. He would have implemented the Clinton security plans and 9/11 would probably just be a fantastical nightmare. Now look where we are, thanks to faulty ballot machines. Our only hope is to vote Bush out in November. Pay no attention to his smear campaigns against Kerry. I'm sure he'd make a better President anyhow.

Even if we are heinously ill-informed, ignorant, and angry. But then again, if we had Bum's and hundreds of other Newgrounds members' powers, we could instantly know everything about our countries' policies, the evidence and reasoning that went into making them, and the secret conspiracies that are so "obvious."
I've been thinking that I may only be pro-Bush because I'm so against the blatant ignorant and declarations of fact that most Bush-haters use. Though I am not necessarily referring to you, Bumcheekcity.

Yup. It our Governments job to inform us of what they're doing. It is our job to judge them and vote on them. Sure, a lot aren't Politically Active. In my year of 240, less than 50 could name 3 members of our Cabinet, not including Tony. However, it is still their right to an opinion, and their duto to vote.

if they want rights, they should be straight. being gay is a mental illness and they need psychiatric help. and as for the homophobe thing, thats something gays use to make those who hate gays seem like they are afraid of it rather than just plain hate them. i hate them, not fear them. there IS a difference.

First of all, being gay is not a mental illnes. Animals can be gay too, and they don't even have a mind. And even if they have a mental illness, should they be denied the same rights as everybody else? Because apperantly it's not their fault they're ill, so you shouldn't discriminate them because of it. If there's one person who needs psychiatric help, it is you, my facist friend. Question for you: what would you do if your son turned out to be gay?

I also hate the word homophobe. YOu can't spit it out. When you call someone a racist, you can get venom behind the word, and say it as if you think they should die because they are a woirthless scumbag. YOu can't get that venom behind the word Homophobic, which is what i'd like to be able to od.

you know, it was not about getting rid of saddam... in fact, it has never been in the interests of the US to build democratic countries...
EXAMPLES:
1.brazil: there was a democratically elected liberal president during the regan admin, but that wasant good enough for suppourt during the cold war...so the US funded a milatary coup that killed 500K people in the process and built a dictatorship...
2.indonesia: same situation, killed 450K people during the coup
3.siam: same thing during the vietnam war
and there is a list of dozens of dictatorships all over the world that is too long for me to even bother to write....
CONCULSION: it has been of decades that our politicians actually like dictaorship-like regimes, no matter how brutal they are...what matters is how loyal they are to us

So, what you are saying is that you are WILLING to take a huge risk and let him run the US again? Sorry, but I one day hope to have kids with my girlfriend and think I speak for many of us when I say that I do not want my children living in a barron wasteland. As bad as the environment is right now (from polution and overpopulation), I think that stopping Bush in his tracks will give us a chance for a better future.
