Well, I don't know exactly what program he used, but I use one called "speakonia". Pretty cool if you want to make these kind of voices.

there is also another program and belive it or not but its called kids pix lolz. he writes somthing and it says whatever he writes. then he saves it to his documents and makes the flash. adds the sound document and some other extra sounds and WHAM!! u got an awsome flash.
