Me I'm gonna have to go with my man Tony the Tiger and eat a nice fat bowl of Frosted Flakes, the breakfast of champions. His entertaining quiz on the back of the box and pictures of him running keep me occupied while I devour every bit of sugary goodness.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch (it's the taste you can see). I just took that stuff this morning and noticed that it was the last of the box, so I was very happy to find there was lots of sugar stored in the bottom which I ate.
