I took this pic during Computer tech and this happened to be it. My friend thinks that this is racist but I don't think so.

It depends on how you look at things, they're is no clear way to know how this is racist, although if you wanted to look at things from different prospectives, or influences, one could easily spout out that this is racist, of how the white is seperated from the black.

It would be nice if you could give some more back story into the reason for the picture and what the picture will be used before i could judge if the picture was racist or not.

As a picture alone, no, without the color they would just be pieces on a table.
