Since we still have two days to announcing of the teams, I'd like to ask y'all how did you manage your team the previous showdowns? I'm especially curious about handling different timezones.

well our team only used pms and imageshack and it worked, as long as your both willing to work it should work out, the timezone problem i didnt really experience,

Well, TOAS and I were on AIM most of the time when working on it, even though we had a 5 hour difference. You can just do a direct IM and post your progress back and forth, and then do send-file for the actual .psd or so when you want to put it together. If an IM program is a problem, I would recommend using e-mail for it back and forth. At the very least you can use the PM system here to let each other know when you will be available to be on IM, or when you have sent the e-mail! I'm sure you and your partner will figure it out :)
