Not bad and quite shiny, but you have to be a fan of it though.

Agreed. Call me when they make a Kirby light-up statue.

I don't even understand model buyers - $250 for it to stand still and glow in the dark? You could get that done with a cheapass plastic version and some neon.

I saw a similar figurine in nintendo world at NYC. $110 for a 10-inch vinyl statue of Link. No one in their right mind world pay so much money for something that looks like molded plastic.

I saw a video of a gigantic transformer or robot that was built in Japan, somebody posted it here on the BBS, I wish I could find it. It was nuts.

I still can't believe my sister would get an account here. She's my little slice of heaven :)

My video got featured on the company's website, facebook, and twitter. To anyone who doesn't think it's worth the money, don't buy one. Besides they're sold out anyway, so you couldn't regardless. I am very satisfied and happy with it, it's a pleasing decoration at my office.

I never thought a light-up statue would make me orgasm so damn hard. I mean, Metroid Prime was the first Gamecube game I had, and I remember how long it took me to beat that accursed Omega Pirate to get the Phazon Suit. I'd love nothing more than to have that in my room.

Being a hardcore metroid fan like myself, I would kill for one of those things.
but, you know, something small. Like a spider or something. Or an ant.

That is indeed the most awesome Metroid related figurine I have ever seen. I'd love to have one of those to put right next to my Prime Trilogy box.
This is something I might consider saving up for if that company decides to start making those again.

I'll just wait until we get fully functional power suits and then buy one modeled after Samus' suit.
