The Sketch Collab 2009

Original idea by Dumassstudios, and I have his permission to do this, so don't have a go at me.

Well, following the successes of Sketch 07, and Sketch 08, I think it's time the series is revived for another year.

The basic idea is for you to create an animation which looks "sketchy", as it were hand-drawn. If you want inspiration and ideas, check out the two original collabs.

RULES

1. NO PORN/ SEXUAL CONTENT!!!!
2. Obey the specifications given.
3. You can use your own sounds, but I'm adding music, so don't make sound vital.
4. No sprites
5. Sticks are allowed
6. Must be FBF - some tweening can be done, but keep it to a minimum
7. Dont make rubbish parts
8. Stay active in this thread, post every few days or so at least.
9. Please tell us if you're dropping out, don't just disappear.
10. If you do not obey the specs and you make a part, you must create a new one no questions asked.
11. Either make it compatible withFlash 8, or buy me CS4 and a new computer. You choose.
12. Use as fewer layers as you possibly can.
13. You must include a signature at the bottom right of your part

SPECS
Stage: Standard, 550x400
Background: White (see below)
FPS: 24
Time: 5-40 seconds
Deadline: 1st December - that's almost two months, or 64 days, you should be able to get something done in that time.

Background
About this. You need to download the background graphic from here. Stick that in the bottom layer.

We'll start off with 8, plus Preloader/Menu and Credits, but if more people join, there can be more.

Awesome. If you want any particular part, just say, and I'll move you there, provided no one else has taken it.

Also, one of my friends in real life will be taking part, so I'll be posting updates and stuff on his behalf.

To quote the first post,

So it might be a good a idea to have sound effects, but not to have dialog or anything that the animation depends on.

Awesome, day 2, and I've already had to add another part to the list! I'll add more to account for whoever joins. I also see that of the eight that have joined, four (including me) were also in the Sketch 08 Collab, even if one of them has a new account now. Good to see you guys again.

Also, dumassstudios, do you want to make a part, or are you gonna sit this one out completely?

Yeh, it's probably going to be pretty loud. But I'm still open for music suggestions, because I haven't chosen a specific track for this yet.
