I tell ya, the new Halo Vidmaster achivements are a Bitch, It's hard enough putting a team together without matchmaking, but I seriously can't believe my team finaly got to the last checkpoint in Deja Vu... only to find out one of our teammates was driving a warthog the whole time!! XS
(You obv wouldn't get the irony of that if you haven't played Halo: ODST...)

So anyone else got any interesting tales of how they tried to complete all the Vidmaster challenges?

4th set, last wave of 3rd round. No lives, last man standing, only one chieftan left. I can't find the fucker, then out of no where my team-mate yells for me to watch out. So I turn to look and bam fuel rod shot to my face, and dead.

I have deja vu but im wondering about the Classic one no firing and no grenades. Whats a good lvl to do this on. Someone told me 3 because you can drive all the way through it.

You have to try and get a ghost and just speed through the stage, look for a video guide on youtube, they helped me out

I think you guys are just bad at the game...

With a day with no school,
I got Dejavu in 2 hours with minimal obstacles,
Endure in 2 hours (1:59:41 to be exact) with no problems, and a creepy score of 66,666
And classic on uplift reserve in 10 minutes, the only hard part is the start, after you pass the wraiths you get the ghost and it all plays out.

All I need is annual, which I never finished on halo 3.
Anyone wanna do it? My Gamertag is Sketch 447 and I know the easiest way to complete it.

Honestly, it was my first game of firefight EVER. And I was on "get their shields down" and "rocket" duty. All I did was get most points from chieftans with rockets, and the headshot-duty guy killed the brutes when I got their shield down.

And how do you do Annual alone? If your so good, then can you help me?

Didn't do it alone, i did it with 3 different groups of people. Cant right now, but might later tonight if i can find my H3 disc. So what map, for that achievement? Also, how's johnson?

I did classic the day I got ODST, and would anyone like to help on Endure/ Deja Vu?

They were all fairly easy.

I got Annual in an hour
I got Classic in 10 minutes
I got Deja Vu in an hour
I got Endure in 2 hours.

My recon is shiny :D

I was doing Deja Vu and the people I was with were retarded. They wanted to rush the whole level with mongooses while firing rockets at the incoming ghosts. Then near the end somebody quit out because we kept yelling at him for dying. So we had to do it all over but we got it done in less then a hour.
