Before i give you critical feedback, tell me what's your approach to drawing. Do you sketch fast or slow? It's good for a doodle but i need to know if your approach to your line work is similair to mine so i could possibly help you.
maybe...

i raw slow for outlines but fst for shading , when drawing i tend to dvide it into parts and start from the neck down .. leaving the head and facial features for last

kay now try doing the same drawing but quickly, get used to the shapes and then post it back up on here...
It's good to know your spending time on your drawings but just for a try see if you can draw it freely, don't worry about any stray lines i just want to see if you can do it because that's the best way in my opinion,
not necessarily yours but lets see...
Housecoat Neck Juts...
hi just did a quick doodle in flash 8 ... freehand with a laser mouser and my hand constantly shakes so here it is (be kind)
right, this is what i want you to do (wether you choose to is up to you but to me it looks like you could be more into your line work.)
1. watch cartoons
2. read comics
3. steal ideas from other artists
4. draw from these but dont spend AGES on them, a quick sketch with a pencil will do and by doing this your building up your knoledge of shapes and structure, steal expressions and styles and gradually build your own style.
but don't do it just 'cause i told ya to...

I see you like to sketch. Hmm... I think the last one you posted was pretty good. The first one is kinda odd, the legs are all messed up. and I am not sure how his pants are still on. But overall good job.
