In offense to the Christian people, America isn't supposed to be ruled by one singular religion. It was meant to be a homeland of many different races and many different religions, so why try to ruin other peoples beliefs with all this "Pro life" and "Anti gay" crap. Its fine if you are either one, just stop ruining other peoples lives. Did you know that when you are born, your brain decides weather you are homosexual, bisexual, asexual, or heterosexual? In their defense, most of everything they do is covered by the change of Dogma. Which, in my point of view, is stupid and hypocritical. Oh well, what isn't these days?

I disagree, but I'm not here to debate whether you're born gay or not. I think it's a choice, and in America we have built our grounds on the fact that you get to choose what you are here. Freedom is about choice. Where's the sense of freedom if you're being what everyone else wants you to be? (Straight Christian)

Don't generalize, it isn't nice :P. I was catholic but I don't follow any church. I just have a belief that there is a God. Like the Darwinian take on god as a person who sets the world in motion and just watches us never interfering or anything. I'm sceptical of the holy books (you know the one's).

I suppose I'm one of the Christians that's "Too stupid to read the book I believe in." Not true. I have read plenty of it, but I AM smart enough to know when something is ridiculous and outdated. All those rules in Leviticus, for example, the stuff about not shaving and wearing clothes of one fiber. They may have been relevant at the time they were directed at, but they certainly aren't now.

My point is, please please PLEASE don't lump the entire religion in with the most annoying members of it. It's like saying that every Muslim is a terrorist, or every Atheist is a self-righteous PETA super-vegan. It's just not fair.
