help with a girl

so my friend quaza222 (I kinda act like his relationship councillor-lol) likes this girl in our class at school. she knows that he likes her but she is acting like a bitch about it. I have been talking to her on msn and she said she is trying to make him feel stressed out and frustrated. she also blocked him on msn and now because she ignores him all the time whether its on msn or at school he feels all stressed out and doesn't know what to do(her plan is working).
he really likes her and she doesn't like him. I have told him what she is trying to do and now he thinks she is a manipulative bitch - but he still likes her.

does anyone know how I can help him out with this problem?
