Maybe their attracted by the fact that some feet can look very cute. Maybe it's because the bottom of the feet can be the most sensitive part of the body, and can give a person a mixture of feelings. Or maybe, it's because the foot means something more to them than just a tool for walking; it's a spiritual thing.
