Oh, a new thread. May I join?
I have just cancelled my Modern Warfare 2 preorder, after Activision and IW fucked our PC asses over.

We already tried that idea... it didn't work out cause after something like a week or two... the 360 leader just abandonned the job... saying he couldn't take care of the job because of other occupations... So until I can find a very good and devoted leader for the other divisions... I will be the only one taking care of it. But if you guys can proove me that there is a guy in here, who could be a division leader. Than feel free to tell me about it :P

Yes I do.
I just only commented on PC version of Modern Warfare 2. I will stick to CoD4.

Uncharted 2 is sick. Going for the Plat on it so just message me to hop on COD and I will.

It's like Tomb Raider, but way better, and it has improved greatly from the first game. Better graphics, better controls, climbing and shooting mechanics feel smoother, plus there's loads ofnew things you do like stealth takedowns when in cover and shooting whilst climbing.

Hello chaps. I really had to calm down about the "getting MW2 3 days early" thing so that's why I've not been posting as much. Game comes out for me in a couple of weeks, had to dip into my MW2 fund to buy Uncharted 2 though, so I'm going to need a lot of money to get through the Halloween pissup at Glasgow, University and to be able to buy MW2. I've got about £40 left. D:

Welcome Scrakin. Age isn't an issue, as long as you play well and you get on with other members, talk to them with respect, and are overall a pleasant person, then you ought to be fine.

However, like I said before in this thread, apparently GAME are offering MW2 for half price if you trade in MW on the day of release. That will save you some cash, presuming you still have MW and you're willing to sell it.

have you tried cagematch headshots with someone? i dont give a fuck if its n00by or sad, whatever gets the kills mate

CEX is pretty good on trade ins. I don't think they're as common though, I've only even seen one in Huddersfield.

Thats not too bad. Though Game's selling price is pretty high to start with.
There was this woman in the Preston market who used to sell PS2 games at like half price, so I'm going to go there and see if she's still doing her business :).

If any of you have played fear 2 one of the features of that game would be nice for cod. Slideing into cover by running and holding b. I think I wouldn't be sniped as much as I am when Im hunting.

I hear the G3 is back in MW2. Accordingly, it's been redone and now acts more "realistic" so to speak.

wow.. is there some mW2 is hiding.. some blood killing scenes with bits of wood maybe.. or maybe these people think to much.. oh well, it just seems strange compared to COD5 but doesnt really affect us.

No way would strong violence be the only factor in giving it an 18. If that were the case, all CoD games would be 18 rated.

I reckon it's rated 18 due to drug references. We've never had that issue in a CoD game before, so it's more than likely the most contributing factor in this rating.

Pretending that there are no drug references, the gore and strong language is no where near as bad as in CoD WaW, so why slap an 18 rating on it? Pathetic, really.

and one last thing, why the hell is the BBFC rating this? I thought only the PEGI are meant to rate games now.

Yeah, it does seem strange it got an 18 certificate for the violence alone. I also thought the game would have strong drug references or something, but the BBFC didn't state that. I doubt it'll affect sales though.

But yeah, the BBFC rate all video games, you can check out their decisions on their website, for example they also gave Bioshock 2 an 18.

its in multiplayer, search youtube there are some poor quality vidoes that have obviously been leaked they also confirm a perk called "Ninja" this is a 3rd perk
