So, I live on a council estate. All the people my age and younger around here are chavs, and therefore cunts.

Anyway, at the end of my garden there are some garages, (anyone from a council estate in england will probably know what ones I mean) and one of them has been open for about 2 months.

Today, I was walking past into my house, when lo and behold a stinkin' tramp opens up the door and walks out.

I got a glance into his little palace and all he had in there was a mattress and a few needles.

This made me remember something that happened a few weeks earlier. I had just got home from visiting my dad and I stepped inside my gate to see that my mothers bike had been knocked over. At the time I just picked it up and went inside, knowing that the bike was secure so nobody could take it.

Obviously after seeing this today I suspect the tramp next door, so I ask you today NG, what should I do to fuck with him?

I don't wanna beat him or anything, just play with him a bit. Or, instead of doing anything should I just leave the poor guy alone? I'm not going to give him food or money or anything, afterall, it's not my fault he screwed up his life by getting involved in hard drugs and I'll probably be contacting the police or council to get him moved soon.
Any advice NG?
