Yeah, I can make good animations and movie clips, but don't know jackshit about actionscript or sound. If you're a good programmer, tell me. We can work together on a game! I can make all the animations and art, and you can script them and and add sound to it. I'll give you 75% of the revenue from ads. Please reply if you're interested!

I doubt anyone will code a game for you, that pic is very low quality.

I think you should take more time with your art. Add more detail. If you find that you're not too good at drawing, stylize it appropriately.
