Yeah man, steam really pissed me off, I downloaded that American Army thing, took forever, and then it wouldn't even install. If you really want a customer to spend money with your company i shouldn't have to go through a whole bunch of troubleshooting bullshit. Yeah I really hate it.

I guess your OS didn't record any install date, so it was set to the default.
