It only takes one person to recognise him and associate him with his Newgrounds account. So if I lived in glasgow, saw my local MP was him I could go "lol that's ZAAL!" and send the posts he's made about hitler being awesome to a paper and destroy his career.

If I achieve a local level of fame and someone says "Oh, that's ZAAL, he's the most right-wing guy ever" and then my comments are seen, that will harm my future.

There are no organisations which match my political space, so I have to try and normalise myself, this I cannot do with any spec of this account being known.

This isn't about post count.

If you're worried that someone could uncover something from your past to use it against you, then I should use myself as an example of someone who actually had a background/personal history check against them before being trusted to work with highly classified material in a country I would easily say is filled with people paranoid of someone with views/opinions detrimental to their causes or root beliefs. But I could be wrong and maybe Europe is even more paranoid of personal opinions than the US.

Also if you are worried that something you said could stand in direct contrast to how you want yourself portrayed, then maybe you have very little faith in your own words and maybe you shouldn't try to represent yourself or your views to others (especially in the form of an occupation).

I cant imagine that 1. anyone in the media would find out you had a ng account 2. that they would wade through (almost) 50k posts to find some dirt on you, especially if your not even a major political player 3. that in the unlikely event that anything did arise, that as a politician, you couldnt just convince people that it was just youthful immaturity.

2. See above, furthermore this is the media, they'll do anything for a story.

Please, calm down. You have 50,000 posts; nobody is going to sift through all of that unless you have a REALLY high-profile job. If you want a nice job in an office, or whatever the hell you want, don't worry. They really only check social-networking sites, anyway.
