I never kill spiders, because they're fucking awesome. Like the OP said, they kill and eat those goddamn mosquitoes, which, by the way, I have no problem killing, since all they do is bite me and make me itchy. Spiders rock!

Shelob and Ungoliant sucked, same with the spiders in Mirkwood, but I guess spiders of our world are OK. Except the ones with venomous bites, the black widow and the brown recluse or whatever, they're dangerous to humans and as such should be avoided as much a possible (not like you ever know where they are until it's too late).

In the UK I have no fear of dieing from them.
I hate flies, flies spread disease, they shit on food, they bite, they steal my blood.
Spiders kill them, unless a spider is in an anoying place then I haven't got a problem in which case I just evict it to the garden.

Yeah, I actually never kill small spiders if I see them, I like em, they hide in corners and eat stuff that annoys me.
But at a certain size I get freaked out, and will kill them
