I watched it. I admit I was bored at parts, but overall I enjoyed it thoroughly. I liked seeing House entirely without the power he's typically used to, especially over the lives of those important around him (ie: the relationships that become important through the course of the episode). I don't want to spoil it for anyone, I'm sure reactions will be mixed. I'm more excited for the season than this particular episode.
Whoever said House made no personal developments, obviously hasn't been following the show whatsoever.
