Idea for NG

Wouldn't it be great if NG had a TV network.
And it would be even better if they put the best flash cartoons
from each of the users.

Maybe like a TV show. Animators can plug there animation and give commentary while the movie plays. I would like to see that. The network would be too expensive too run and there isn't enough content on NG to fill a day's worth of programming.

If newgrounds had the money, trhrough donation or whatever, they could hire peopole to make BIG movies, people with a lot of experience and good movies under their belts.

Hey, I just thought, the network could give such people free opertunity to advertise their work etc. to save money, and put adverts for clothes etc. inbetween, things that the majority of people on here like, to get funding!

do you understand how much money goes into making a staff for a television show? the donations recieved would have to be an incredible amount to pay for it. and to keep that money rate up to keep the staff hired is impossible

i would absolutely love the idea.......but it just doesn't seem feasable at the time

Plus, the average age of the typical NG user is like 14 and they don't have jobs. I doubt they could find a way to donate cash if they wanted and if they did it wouldn't be enough.

In an ideal world, people would host andfmanage it fopr free, just for the love of giving the public great new movies to watch, by some people just trying to express themselves creatively. You would need a whole host of people to cater for different needs too...like the more meaningful movies, and then the gory ones?

Shame, would be great.

If money grew on trees, it could go onto digital too, so that people could play the best gamres on here!

Pay people to make really good movies.... Wait just a minute, isn't the point of Newgrounds for young, upstarting animators to show off their work, get criticism, and make themselves better? YOU'RE SELLING OUT SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELL OUT, MAN! Damn!
