Nah, I checked it out, it has copy protection but other than that it's perfectly legitimate. Not to mention it's Telltale Games' own site, not a third party distributor, so I'm fairly certain it's ok.

Yup it's legit, I've already downloaded it. It's "Talk like a pirate day", so they're giving the first episode out for free, but the offer only lasts today. You can also buy all the episodes at a discount.
