All classes do not need to be advancing at the same time. That is what makes up a population. Some people are more wealthy than others, and that is life. This has occurred since the greatest of civilizations. Even the Soviet Union had class separations. And almost everything in that country was controlled by the government.
Since the greatest of civilizations, in the greatest of civilizations taxes were always present, try Rome for one, Rome was one of the greatest empires that ever existed, and in part it existed because of their technology, I do not know much about politics, but I do know that in those times that Soldiers ruled or owned the wealth, and they did that through their kings, so basically what your saying is that it's okay for people to be big bullies? Some people are more wealthy then others and that is life, no thats not life, and that is why Rome fell, one of the greatest empire of all civilizations. Wealth is okay, greed is not. I agree with Shy.

Going by that logic, Banks, taxes, jobs, public schools, streets, buildings, state funded projects, state funded activities, state funded sports leagues are all Socialist. Whats the problem? You could say that, for an illogical way to represent what I just said.
All the state funded activities you speak of I disagree with. What is the point of your post?
All of them pool the money together and spend them on projects for the community in General, oh and worst of all the rich HAVE to pay for it! God forbid they go around and take a portion of our money in return for all this! Thats basiclly called spreading the wealth around, Banks take money from people's accounts and give it to other people, jobs are when people give there money and its given to other people. All of that is spreading the wealth around, unless in your book the definition for "spreading the wealth around" is "AAAARRGGH SOCIALIZT ITZ SUCKZ I IGNOR ALL THE SUCCESS"

Yes, that's what they say at least... lol. What will end up happening is the private sector will still exist, (It will never go away for that matter), yet they will be competing solely upon quality instead of cost (It will uber expensive, I am sure.)
Whether you like it or not you ALREADY ARE PAYING FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE HEALTH CARE. When someone goes in and doesn't have health care the bill has to get paid somehow. That somehow is our tax dollars. The whole purpose in making sure everyone can buy their own health care is to bring down the tax me and you contribute to these people and use it on other things this nation needs.
I am very well aware of that; hence why I mentioned Medicare and Medicaid. I was just reinforcing my stance of why I disagree with Universal Healthcare.
but to make sure people who have jobs are able to reach ends meet.
I see what you are trying to say, I really do. However, every single time minimum wage is increased, businesses raise the prices of their goods and services. Taking money out of working people's pockets and giving to the "less-fortunate" will not result in the Lower-class advancing further, but more towards a hatred towards the government and that of the Lower-class. If you think the Middle-class will prosper from anything of this, you are grossly misinformed. It has been shown time after time that Middle-class is shit on in society.

Nowhere did I state taxes were not present. I merely said taxes were not as great as they are now. "It's okay for people to be bullies"... what are you talking about? Being wealthy= Being a "bully"? Someone who as earned $5 Trillion dollars has every right in the world now to share a sinlge penny of it. IT IS THEIR MONEY, THAT THEY EARNED. No matter how jealous of it you are, you have no right to any of it. I do not care where you stand in society.
You say greed is not okay, yet you condone jealousy? It is all human instinct. This "utopia" you dream of will never exist.
The demise of Rome can be solely based upon religion, if you want the honest truth. But we are not going to start a debate about that.

What successes do you refer to? Give me a single example of a beneficiary of a purely Socialist economy?
Don't worry, I'll wait...
Canadians are already complaining about the health care they once praised as so magnificent. Switzerland? - Hey their health care system works out great you silly Libertarian you.
Does it really? The Swiss have to pay almost 4 times the amount than in the U.S. if they wish to get medical aid from the private sector. Their system doesn't help much with regards to the cost. Furthermore, the Swiss, as well as the French model, are plagued by time consumption. Teh same exact treatments take on average 2-3 times the length than in America. Very big, and risky operations are almost ALWAYS performed in America if the person has enough money.
I do not agree with big government, AT ALL.

Just so everyone knows, 70,000 protesters is equal to .0002% of the entire country.

He obviously cares about the issues and nothing about the race of Obama.
This man was kicked out of the protest for this sign.
They also in NO WAY marginalise the death of 6 million people to get their point across.
I'm pretty sure you mean trivialise.
and seriously this is one dude. Most people aren't holding signs of this nature
The Tea Party itself is interesting, but it is more of a Nationalistic uprising
No it's not, it's an anti-government uprising
and is heavy handed by mostly ignorant people.
I'd be willing to bet most people involved with the protests are smarter than you
I'd also like you to point out any Asian, Jewish, Black, Hispanic or any other person who is not a Christian white person. Any person within the tea party who is of that make up.
I highly doubt you will because to me the Tea Party is shaping itself up to be another BNP, but in America.
WOW. You take a handful of individuals and use them to marginalise hundreds of thousands of people.
And because you asked:
Oh, hey look, its a black guy speaking at a tea part protest getting huge applause and support from the evil racist redneck white people there.
WOO! I feel like my country has lost its god damned mind.
you're a complete moron. "wah a handful of individuals are using mean words at a protest :( :("
even though at anti-Bush rallies there were literally hundreds and hundreds of people calling for his head, and the MSM completely ignored it.
