17% actually. I wrote a fucking hell of a paper on this for my Writing 100 class. That's how many regret the tattoo, 16% of which were because of the person's name in it. Very very few actually get laser romaval or any other type of removal. Many more have older tattoos covered to transform them into a more likable piece. I say be free, do it if you want, but make sure it IS what YOU want. Body modification is more of a commitment than you would think.
