I've seen this one before and a lot of people have been commenting about it "zomg, black guys beating up a white guy, race crime!". But we know nothing of the reason of the fight. For all we know the white guy could've been bullying the attackers (unlikely, but since we don't know the motives we can't say shit about). Also, everybody judging the people in the buss doing nothing:the bystander effect.

The assault began because the kid had to try and force his way into a seat. If someone had just let him sit beside them the whole mess could have been avoided.
