harry potter theme park?

I heard that there is a harry potter theme park in orlando, is that true? If so, why orlando? why not london, I mean it has been made by british people and the whole cast is basically british

Seconded, you need open space for a theme park, not a city. Although a more spacious of Britain would do, but then again who would be stupid enough to go to it?

Plus Disney is American, yet there's a Disney Theme Park in France.
