After leaving to The Tonight Show in the very capable hands Conan O'Brien, Jay Leno was off television for a few months.

Well, guess what, he is back, with his new Prime time show, titled, The Jay Leno show.

From what I have gathered it is still going to be a Talk Show-esque program, and still contain bits like Jaywalking form his old show, and interviewing guests, but will also incorporate games and and group discussions with other comedians.

It premiers at 10 tonight on NBC. So, how does Newgrounds feel about Jay's brand new prime time show?

I had only to wish that there be a large crowd of spectators the day of my execution and that they would greet me with cries of hate.

I've been eagerly awaiting the premiere of his new show! I hope everything works out for him, as in, I hope his new show doesn't fucking suck.

I'm quiet anxious to say the least. Jay Leno is easily my favourite talk show host, followed closely by Conan O'Brien and his antics. I've heard the show will still have the Headlines segment as well. Quite honestly I prefer that over Jaywalking.

I don't really care. I'm just gonna watch to see Jay-Z perform.

There is no such thing as someone who doesn't like the PS3, there is only poor people who can't afford one. PS3 owners pity you and hope you can one day get out of poverty.

Leno is still on before Conan though. I really don't care if Conan is the "host" of the Tonight Show timeslot; but to make a show that's virturally the same format and style as your old show, only bumped to prime-time is a dick move. Honestly; I'm more psyched for The Daily Show and Colbert Report to come back on tonight than for Jay Leno to stifle Conan's career even more.

It's on now. Pretty bland monologue if you ask me, nothing terribly impressive so far.

Yes, that should be very exciting, but maybe they made some last minuet changes because he didn't mention Kanye when it went to commercial break, I hope not, though.

Wow. He damn near made Kayne West cry. Kinda reminds me of when Seinfeld had Michael Richards go on Letterman and apologize for shouting the n-word as one of those surreal but hard-hitting moments in a comedy show.

I always like David Lettermen better than Jay Leno. I just don't find Leno to very funny.

Now here's an even bigger question:

What will happen to this premiere after what Kanye West did last night?

Well of course Jay is gonna incorporate things from The Tonight Show. However it gives him room to build and create more. It's his own show which means he can push the boundaries a little if he wishes.

***SPOILER ALERT MOTHER FUCKERS***

Before Jay-Z/Kayne/Rihanna performed, he invited Kayne out to talk about the MTV awards. Kayne gave his typical apology for yesterday, but then Jay mentioned that he got the chance to talk to Kayne's mom before she died and then asked him how does he think she would've reacted. Kayne went silent for like 10 seconds and the entire studio was DEAD quiet (you could hear Kevin Eubank's pubic crabs crawling it was so quiet). Jay asked if he was ok, then Kayne turned it into "I'M ACTUALLY THE VICTIM HERE BECAUSE EVERYONE EXPECTS SO MUCH SO WHEN I GO OUT I EXPECT THINGS TO GO MY WAY."

Surprisingly, Jay didn't interview Jay-Z to ask how he felt about his co-worker embarrassing his wife, or even tips about how to make yet another comeback after you were suppose to quit. Jerry Seinfeld made a crack about how Jay, Brett Farve, and Lance Armstrong came back after quitting, although Jerry quit his show in it's prime in the 90's.
