I'd like to point that Youtube have very little to do with the copyright stuff... Usually what happens is someone flags your video for having a music track, and then youtube take it down...
Most of the time, all that is needed is one or two flags...

Protip: 3 minor, hardly recognizable keystrokes make your song legit. If you just copy the unedited song it's copyright infringement.
Gay or not, those restrictions have to be respected. There's no use trying to bypass them. You could maybe get in touch with the copyright holders or something and ask for permission. It might cost though.
Try finding a different video hosting site. Upload a video to YouTube with a link to your actual videos.

I can understand how it could be a little frustrating, considering the band is already driving around in limos, have everything catered to them, worth millions, etc... I myself was thinking of putting some Metallica on my Paperboy videos i recorded.
Anyway, it is obvious the copyright is there for a reason. Without copyright, people would be able to use music without the artist/artists allowing it.
In fact, copyright is a great way for a Band/Group/Singer to make money. Selling their song to radio stations so every time it is played, they get money.
So, just choose a different song. Somewhere on YouTube there is a link to a list of non-copyrighted songs and Royalty free songs. I can not find it at the moment, but i am sure if you search you will find it.
Just use a song from there.

I'm pretty sure that I did state it was the Managers and Reps that would be asking for the money and making the fuss, not the band itself. I was saying it is a shame that bands would sign their life and music away so easily for money.
My friend who makes the videos for my Medieval Warfare club has suffered the same problem. He uploaded a great video, but he used a Flogging Molly song so they took it off almost instantly. Even Facebook removed it.
His greatest work yet won't be uploaded on youtube either because it uses a Green Day song so he isn't going to bother. I know how most people feel about Green Day, but give some credit, this video is awesome, regardless of music.
