There is a retarded person at my school, He is actually quite a nice guy, Sometimes. Most of the time though he is an immature asshole, he will annoy everyone and we can't hit him, because he is physically retarded and we might kill him. He actually challenges people to fights all the time and he picks up rocks and trys to throw them at us. He has no knee cap or elbow joints, he also has no fingers and no toes. I feel sorry for him sometimes but his horrible attitude and personality make me want to break his fing...Nevermind....
