When I walk, they hurt. I put my hand on my chest, and I laughed at watching people post here, and my rib went forward a centimeter and then back. Did I break my ribs somehow? If I did, I didn't do anything.
Because sigs like this make people sick.

Option 1: Go see a doctor if you think it's serious. They're trained for stuff like this.
Option 2: Don't do anything for a while and see if it goes away. If not, see Option 1.
Option 3 (not recommended): Go to 4chan and start a differential diagnosis thread.

I'm assuming breathing would be a tad difficult if you had broken your ribs, but it never hurts to see a doctor.
