itunes 9 *please help!!!*

I upgraded to the new version of itunes, now everytime i load it, it comes up with an error box that says "iTunes was not installed properly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7"
I've reinstalled iTunes like 6 times and it still doesn't work. I even totally completely uninstalled it, and then reinstalled it, and it doesnt work. It SAYS its installed properly when I install it, but then when I try to load it, it displays the error!!!
What should I do! I'm so confused!!

Turn your computer off and on if you haven't already, solves just about everything.

Possibly Itunes fucked up, it was only just released wasn't it?

Yes because all computer problems can be solved by deleting shit in the registry that might be vital, then downloading some unknown software.

See if you can find a Download of Itunes 8 cached or somewhere on the website.

uninstall, clear the registry entries that are remaining, reinstall

I have 2 better solutions; either get Winamp and the plugin for your iPod or grab Sharepod and stick with using Windows Media Player for your songs. You may wanna check here for more information.
