Luckily nothing physical, but unfortunately I am now paranoid of swimming in places where I can't reach the ground with my feet while my head still out of the water.

If I ever killed myself I would want it to look more like a natural death. Suicide sounds stupid if you believe there is no afterlife :P. Trying to drown yourself would suck, you would need to have someone assist. Carbon Monoxide or Potasium Cyanide would be my way. I wouldn't commit suicide though. If I don't have anything to look forward to once I am dead.

I thought people where put in a mental health facility because they where a threat to themselves or others. Wouldn't yourself or others = self or staff?

That is why you are in the hospital usually, they only straight jacket you if you freak out on another patient or a staff.

I wouldn't like the idea of wearing a straight jacket and being surrounded by padded walls. It would probably actually send me insane just doing that. Of course I'd give it a go though. I might just go crazy and scream so that they inject me with some shit to keep me knocked out for the 2 days and then claim my cash.

Naa, Honestly, I would end up going there anyway. Like AniMetal, who was depressed, I know what depression realy feels like, And all i think about is killing myself, and i know im going to end up trying at some point, so thats why i'd end up in there.
