Help code my website- $160 Payment

Take a look at my website and you'll notice I don't know any html.
I would like someone that can just transfer my layout from full page swf files to just images and (css?) buttons.
If possible I would like the buttons to still have some animation, but I figure the layout is all there so I would pay around $40 a page.

I'd be up for this but it would take me about a week before I could start. I'm going to Uni tomorrow morning and therefore will be sort of up and down for the next few days.
