Luckly sonofabitch :D
I envy that, BUT Nebraska has FREE WEED.
Yeah that's right, ditch weed grows everywhere! (although only the inside buds have any thc)
But still, I'm drying like, 8 buds right now!
On November 4, 2008, citizens of the state voted to decriminalize the possession of marijuana. Effective January 2, 2009[19], a person, 18 years of age or older, caught with an ounce or less of marijuana may be charged with a $100 fine as well as face confiscation of any marijuana on their person. The violation will only be considered a civil violation (rather than criminal). Also on that ballot, the citizens voted to

I hate Illinois and Wisconsin, we can't even carry concealed weapons. All the cool states are doing it!
Fool me once...shame on you. Fool me twice...no one will ever find your body.

But at the end of the day, you still live in Massachusetts....
Nope, I am living in Maryland. I am just visiting.
I'm stuck in the middle of the continent but I recall reading in a recent Time magazine that in Mexico they've decriminalized certain amounts of marijuana, cocaine, heroine, LSD, and methamphetamine.
Hope everyone else is having fun while I'm sitting around in the boring old Midwest.
Your username is strangely ironic in this situation.
Lucky bastard. It wasnt until 2006 that Oklahoma legalized Tattoo's. Also until 2007 having a state lottery was illegal too. This state sucks. I was born and raised in LA California until i was 15 when my dad retired from the navy and moved me to this shit hole because my grandmother was raised here. Fucking asshole!
So you still have to pay a fine. That's not really such a victory as it is just the state wanting to cut spending money on busting people for dope.
Also; your small neighbor Rhode Island allows prostitution. You can't get in trouble for exchanging sex for money (although it's moreless a loophole since solicitation or propositioning someone is still illegal). But there's no petty little fine.
In short; Rhode Island just just told you that you can kiss their Assachusetts.

My girlfriend goes to Assumption. But then again I hate driving out to Worcester. It's too nice out here in Western MA.
It's not completely decriminalized is it?

But Illinois has high taxes and high gas prices!
Is Massachusetts still doing that "buy-insurance-or-suffer-the-consequence s" crap?

Despite popular believe, Worcester is actually pretty safe.
Just make sure your car is locked with nothing nice in it when you park and make sure you don't start anything with anyone black.
Other than that, it's great here!
Also, I wouldn't recommend being outside at 3 AM.
That's all well and good but I have family that live in Massachusetts and it's a small state so... the risks and draw backs out way the benefits.
