Encore + Counter/Mirror Coat = rape. There's a reason it's in the Uber tier.
Personally, I hate Bidoof and Bibarel. Those two are the single most annoying Pokemon in the whole series, for me.

Aura Sphere's aren't stupid. They're incredibly strong. Plus AS is a fighting type attack. Along with all the fighting type attacks he can learn.
The worst is the Bulbasaur line, Piplup line and Bidoof.

Actually I lie, the Hoenn Pokemon were just about bearable. The Sinnoh ones were like, laughable.
And if we run outta bullets? Heh, baby, they're gonna wish we hadn't....
Bidoof and Hoothoot spring to mind. I don't know why, I just have fond memories of them sucking.
Usually you get answers like Kakuna, Metapod or even Magikarp, but as useless and annoying as they are, they evolve into awesomeness. Kakuna and Metapod evolve at level 10 which isn't too bad, and Butterfree's confusion kicks ass at early game.
The new generations of Pokémon just suck, they look really silly. First and second generation are still my favourites.

After Pokemon Silver, Gold and Crystal, I lost touch with the series, seeing as how they are trying to make the Pokemon look more Cute than Beast. But yeah, I recently bought Platinum to see what I was missing and laughed in disgust at Bidoof. Seems to me like some people ACTUALLY like him. >=C
