I remember the day when cartoonnetwork was purely cartoons. Now its adding
live action shows, like Bobby says, Dude what would happen. What ever happened to courage the cowardly dog or cow and chicken. Huh, I'll tell you, their on the boomerang which you need to pay for when they used to be free. Plus their adding some teenager shows like stoked and the other i can't recall, something about a mall, 6teen, there we go. Absolutley stupind. Although some newer shows like FlapJack and Chowder are pretty cool becuse they aren't live actors.

I went on cartoon network last week for the first time in two years.

Saw children answering trivia on a rollercoaster.

never looked back.

They need to bing back the originals, like Wile E. Cyote.

Cartoon Network is fine, it is still appealing to its target audience.

You are ruining yourself by still watching Cartoon Network.

I had only to wish that there be a large crowd of spectators the day of my execution and that they would greet me with cries of hate.

Well they dumped EED (edd ed n eddy) and Dexter's Laborotory and got shit shows, so after 2003 it became the hooker you find raped and dead in a ditch.

I agree, the shows changed because we're all grown up and the new kids like different shit. Albeit it retarded, but that's just what happens. Last generation was pissed at Dexter's Lab and Ren and Stimpy because it wasn't like Flintstones or Pirates of Dark Water. I'm just happy those shows even existed and I can still watch them if I so please. Besides, atleast Chowder and Flapjack are keeping things creative!

after ben 10 came on and replaced re-runs of courage the cowardly dog, the final classic show playing repeats before the shitty revolution of CN, CN has dies to me.

Eh, cartoons won't last much longer anyways. Hell, my nephew is nine and thinks that cartoons are to childish for him. Kiddies prefer that Hannah Montana show and all those other non-cartoon child shows that are just...eck, horrible to watch. I'd rather watch C-SPAN then two squeaky 16 year old brats whine about a new bully.

There are like a billion other threads about this.
The answer to your question, is yes. They ruined themselves a long time ago, when they slowly canceled all of their good shows and started replacing them with crappy ones. But Cn Real is possibly their biggest mistake, I know that a lot of people were hoping CN would do reruns of their old shows, which they didn't.

Elfer is the shit.

Toonami being canceled didn't help either. That was the crash, and now their burining.

TL;DR version: "I don't like Cartoon Network because it isn't how I remember it."

My computer's breaking down, so nope.

And Nick too.

Every week there's always a thread about how Cartoon Network is going downhill.

Is it getting more immature, or are you just getting more mature?

When Cartoon Network started to show Cartoons that no longer appealed to me, I stopped watching Cartoons on any channel altogether because I knew that it was probably a sign of me maturing.

Children like Ben 10 and all that shit, because it was aimed towards them.

I'm not really going to look behind because 10 years ago, if you watched Dexter's lab as a 20 year old, you probably didn't like it. Funny story though, I didn't like Cow & Chicken when I was younger but now I LOVE it. It's so hilarious.

Prepare for unforeseen consequences.

Nickelodeon Ruined itself when it started showing the horrible live-action shows a while ago. I can't seem to find anywhere to watch cartoons anymore without having to change the channel every other show.

Cartoon Network isn't even what it is called anymore. Once live-action movies started playing on that channel, that's when it started its decent into Hell.
