Well fellow NG'ers, what we have here is an idea that we're trying to get off the ground, this may have been posted earlier, but by reposting at least I'll be bringing it back to the front.
Anyway, we have a group of artists over at the audio portal ready to go on a collab with you Flash animators. The goal is to showcase different talent here on Newgrounds by having different artists choose the pieces of music they want to animate, the Audio portal artists will be submitting 30-45 second songs in various styles and tempos. The goal here is to create one long flowing mix of music and videos rolled into one collab. Flash artists will be free to create in any style of their choosing as long as it sticks to a general flow and works with the music.
We're trying for a number around 15-20 audio artists, check out our Super Collab thread over in the Audio forum.
The problem we are having is getting this idea off the ground because we don't have very many animators stepping up to the plate.

We don't have a list of song names yet, but we do already have a number of Audio artists, including myself, who have songs ready to go, we just need more animators. I believe Cross666 is arranging the whole thing, you can most likely find him in the AP forums so swing around there and let him know you're on board. Anyone else? We need more animators.

We still need animators for the super collap between the Flash Portal and the Audio Portal. Check out our thread in the Flash + Audio Portal Super Collab thread in the Audio Portal listen to some of the songs that have been submitted so far, and let us know whether you'd like to participate or not. We're trying to do a free collab just to spread some recognition to the musicians and artists of Newgrounds.

I think we're only allowed to bump 3 times? Anyway, this collab idea is still alive and kickin' over at the Audio Portal, if any artists/animators are interested in getting in on a Newgrounds wide collab not only between animators, but also between Audio artists. This is to spread some recognition for everyone involved and to let everyone know about what sorts of talent we have over in the Audio portal. Each musician will be sending in 30 to 45 second pieces of music.
