Treason. Although the design of the character was faithful to the series, the idea that they introduced a new character in the first place is complete sacrilege. It's from a film that hasn't been released in the US.

Eh, it was necessary. This movie was the last hurrah, the final thing they'd ever make for the series. So, what were they going to do? The same thing they've done 200 times, or would they at least try to add in something new?
I'm okay with this, it works. It's something new, and shows that all in all, the series never did go stale.

I liked the movie and it's not a sacrilage. However the ending was a bit bittersweet even though it was extremely optimistic for Eddy as he found forgiveness. I just wish that Eddy faced his music and that the battle would be more action pacted.
