Also, you aren't gonna be able to make it by just picking up a tutorial.
Try 3 years of experience AS first, then have a look at it.

You don't seem to have any flash experience, I'd suggest learning the basics before you think about doing a game. Wish I could link you to a tutorial but I only know one's for animation, not games/programming
