back when i was like 5/6 i used to watch bugs bunny and things sooo
i was just wondering why does donald duck not wear pants but when he gets out the shower he has a towel on??????

In order for us to feel that he's actually more than just a duck and thus worthy of our viewing Disney has to make him seem more human. Utilising the towel after coming out of the shoper is just one way of doing that.
