My right ear has almost no feeling in it, so it can pretty much be bent in any direction you want to, and I won't feel a thing. I'm not sure if that's what you'd call a talent, or a disability, though...

I have double-jointed thumbs which are also clubbed, I can wiggle my ears, and I can move one of my eyes while keeping the other still, or move them both different directions.
