Yeah, at my old school they used to have a bubbler that was always really cold.. The most refreshing drink, and it was free!

the water that comes out of this tap is probabbly safer then most bottled water. Pretty much every bottled water except for Dasani and Aquafina arn't very good for you. I'm sure the water is fine I mean the city does test the water ever few hours and if the bacteria levels are high they just shock it with more clorine.
