In one of the trailers, the narrator mentions that it's someone they know. So, yes, it would technically be someone you mentioned, assuming that the person they know is in some fashion related to them in some manner.

You didn't see the trailer? What happens is that they get one of their friends to pretend to die when about to have sex with a boy. You know, as a prank. After, the boy jumps to the conclusion that she really is dead (because the sorority sisters are taking the prank too far) and stabs the girl in order to dispose of the body, an act that ironically, actually kills the her.

I'm pretty sure the girl's zombie kills everyone or something. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.
