I recall SBB once saying something like there being a fourteen year old mod back in the early days of the BBS.
Also, I just searched the icon mods. I remember seeing one icon exclusive mod, but he doesn't seem to be on the list. House cleaning, I suppose.

I believe the guy you were thinking of was Bendo. I think he was demodded relatively recently, because people were making threads about how he was "only an icon mod" earlier this year. Still, altr is solely an icon mod as far as that goes, but he's obviously got other stuff with Newgrounds.
As for the youngest mods... well, I wouldn't know either for sure. Some old-timers were discussing some time ago about how Canas was a forum mod at sixteen, but I don't know if that's actually true, and it probably only applies to the forum guys if it is. That's one thing anyway, I think?

It seems a bit pointless having a really young mod when the majority of under 17 people here just go on about 4chan and boobies (Including myself of course). It's probably for the best keeping it as a job for the elderly
