Root Note Problem (fl Studio 8) 2009-09-02 19:54:01 Reply

I've downloaded a pack of drums and put them on my step sequencer, but when I played the pattern the pitch was screwed up. In the channel settings on one of the drums I saw that the root note was supposed to be at B5 but was on C5. (Most likely because it's the FL default) I thought putting it to B5 would do it, but it still played C5 as if I didn't do anything. I know A WAY is to find B5 in piano roll and go from there, but I'm looking for a permanent fix because having to do that to all of my instruments every single time I open FL or want to create a new song would be EXTREMELY tedious. Anyone know any permanent solutions to my problem?
Thanks in advance!

Fl studio questions go here.

I suggest playing around with the pitch button would help, also, make sure the Time stretching 'TIME' knob is completely to the left, at 0 basically.
