I sort of thought what the offspring would look like if one of those "LittleBigPlanet" characters cross-breded with C-3P0.

It's based on this short film, which I rather enjoyed.

this movie looks...idk, not visually stimulating, that's for sure. The animation looks corny, the whole potato sack thing isn't cool and the machines look like matrix rip offs...

Fuck everyone else, do YOU.

I thought at first it would be crap. I went to see Harry Potter, and thought it looked like it had no plot, just mindless violence. Then I kind of started to get into it when I saw the exclusive trailer thing on... FX, was it?

When I first saw the trailer I wasn't really paying attention because I thought it was just another kid's movie, and I thought it didn't even have the name on the trailer, cuz when I saw 9 I just thought it was a date...

That would've been good advertising, no name. What movie is this trailer for? I DONT KNOW.

The idea of little automatons with souls is very interesting. I thought 7 was a guy until I heard her voice.

8 is like an executioner.

Number 9, Number 9, Number 9...

Sadly, Tim Burton just killed Beatles Day for me. While I celebrate John, Paul, George and little Ringo; Every emo kid will laugh at me for staying home to watch a Beatles Marathon and enjoy their day while they go watch some movie adaption to that one PS3 game.

The concept itself can be horrifying to children. And there's ragdoll vs. robot fighting.

I think it looks cool.

There is no such thing as someone who doesn't like the PS3, there is only poor people who can't afford one. PS3 owners pity you and hope you can one day get out of poverty.

Don't confuse this movie's title with its release date, if that's what you're doing. It's named after one of the characters.

At 9/4/09 09:19 PM, JKMonkey wrote: Why is it rated PG-13?

According to the MPAA, "for violence and scary images."

On my first day, I'm going to ask any of my friends if they want to see it.
There is a movie theater right by my school, although it requires a walk along a stretch of highway.

If no one says yes, then I'm probably not going to see it.

Actually it looks like a pretty decent movie. Me and my friend are planning on seeing it the day it comes out since he's a big fan of tim burton and rag dolls.

You know whats funny? They wont have Coheed and Cambria in the movie as a soundtrack, its just there for the trailer, to make it look awesome.

I don't really understand what you mean by 'exceeds expectations'.
This movie looks great, who wouldn't think that it's gonna be awesome.

Okay, who would you pick:

7, the female huntress, or 8, the towering berserker of the group?

The song's actually on the CD soundtrack, so it's probably in the movie, too.
