My most repetitive game I have ever played is the new prince of Persia because you are constantly moving to a new corrupted land, then fighting a piss easy boss, then healing the land and getting a few light seeds then you do it all again.

I found Assassin's Creed pretty repetitive. Nothing really seemed to change for me, although I did enjoy that game when I finally decided to give it a chance.
For me, repetitive games aren't necessarily bad. As long as they are still fun to play I'll tend to stick with them.

All MMOs are ridiculously repetitive what with grinding and all. Also nearly all shooters are jsut aim shoot for about 30 hours but maybe have a vehicular section evry now and then. Halo 3 is probably the best example of this.

I found Far Cry 2 very repetitive.
Get mission, get car, kill guards at outpost. Kill target, leave. Clean out more outposts and drive back.

GTA IV had disappointingly repetitive missions after the varied San andreas. Go kill this guy, drive there, go kill this gang of people, etc.

I think that if you played any of the old school games that use the same sort of Formula like Final Fight it would start to grow old a bit fast.

Skate 2 was the most repetitive game i ever played, its literally "Do a kickflip here" then "Do a 360 pop shuvit here" and thats how it is for the whole game, although there re some shitty horse and racing sections..

I'm not flaming, I would just like to say something.
The Subspace Emissary is to get people to play with characters they don't normally like or play as. Mostly that being the ice climbers.

Putting them in a substandard platformer doesnt' excactly convince me. Nothing can make the Ice Climbers appealing.

Onslaught is really repetitive! It becomes really boring and ruins the whole game!
Just PM me if you feel like it. It can be completely random, and I love a good conversation. Also, my Wii console number is 1632 4965 8107 4782

I know that you have done something bad in your life that you don't regret. I hate you for it. Proof that the Newgrounds community can be very friendly.

I remember hearing a game developer say that if you can make 30 seconds of extremely fun gameplay, and then stretch that 30 seconds out over the entire game, you've made a fun game.
